These terms and conditions apply to the Plint.uz mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by W-LAB (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided as is.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider.
Changes to the Application
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated.
Personal Data and Security
The Application stores and processes your personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting is not recommended.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:
Internet Connection
Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of internet access.
When using the app outside Wi-Fi areas, your mobile provider's terms apply. You accept responsibility for any data charges, including roaming.
Liability
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application up to date but accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss from relying on the Application's functionality.
Updates
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application. You agree to accept updates. Upon termination, granted rights and licenses will end.
